Payment 

Session blocks must be paid for prior to the first session.

Blocks can be paid for in cash, via BACs transfer, PayPal, or via our sum up device at the beginning of the session.

Cancellation / No Show Policy 

JB31 Coaching has a 48hr cancellation policy. If sessions are cancelled more than 48hrs in advance the session will be rearranged at a later date and will still count as part of your pre-paid sessions. 

Sessions that are cancelled less than 48hrs prior will not be rearranged and will be deducted from total number of pre-paid sessions. This also applies to no-shows.

If JB1 Coaching has to cancel the session for any reason, we will look to arrange a suitable alternative date or if desirable, issue a credit note as a refund for the missed session.

As the majority of our sessions are held outdoors, weather will play an important part in the delivery of sessions. We may have to cancel sessions at late notice for safety reasons due to temperatures or extreme weather conditions. We do this to maintain the health and safety of the children and coaches involved. We will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible. 

Image Rights 

We will take videos and pictures during our sessions, and will use the images for marketing and analysis purposes. If you would prefer to refuse the right for us to take pictures and videos please let us know, and we will happily oblige your request.

Safeguarding / Child Protection 

Jaden and Chris hold current Disclosure and Barring Service certificates and are cleared to work with children. 

We take the health, safety and wellbeing of all the children under our supervision very seriously.

All members of staff are paediatric first aid trained and regularly practice our skills and emergency procedures.

The business and staff are covered by comprehensive Public Liability insurance.
